Question Multiboot UFD with more than one UBUNTU distro

I want to build a multiboot UFD/Pen drive using both Backtrack-4 & Caine-1.5. Both the distros are based on UBUNTU Live CD & therefore uses the same directory organisation. They are based on such a version of UBUNTU kernel/initrd such that the kernel DOES NOT accept live-media-path parameter. Is there any way to repack/rebuild both the distros in one?

Thanks in advance.

You can use grub2 to multi-boot *.iso files from USB flashdrives.. Here are example stanzas for grub.cfg.
