Wireless wake on lan?

trying to keep my desktop/home server in suspend mode when i'm not using it, but would like to be able to wake it when needed. it's using the rt2x00 driver/usb wireless dongle. haven't been able to find much about whether this is possible, though my computer supports resume on usb input (ie, mouse/keyboard). i was thinking an option might be to blacklist the rt2x00 drivers to allow the modem to stay on, with the rest of the computer suspended. is this possible?

Wake on LAN may be a BIOS configuration option.
