Question tv-card configuration

Hi.

I got my self a tv-card. I have tryed it on Fedora Core 2 and Cent-Os 4,it wont detect my tv-card. Is there an an utility i can run to set it up manually?

how about posting the application your using and the model of card or chipset?

Model of the tv-card. I'ts an phillips SAA7131E

I'm not using any applacation. Kudzo normally pics-up new hardware, but not this time.
