Stunnel and Postfix SSL Setup

From what I understand Postfix doesn't support SMTPS or SSL without the use of a tool called STUNNEL.

http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/604

So I have embarked on a path and have run into stumbling block. I followed several articles:

http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/604 or

http://www.eglug.org/book/export/html/1923

Neither one worked and I cannot figure out what it could be. Can someone give me a simple explanation on how to set this up?

I made some adjustments and can see that my firewall is blocking my mail from leaving my network.

PHP Code:
connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection refused
Where is my firewall or what iptable rule can I add or disable to allow this to work?

I just spoke to my email provider secureserver.net and they said that they have a relay mail server at my disposal. So what is the difference between there standard smtpout.secureserver.net and relay-hosting.secureserver.net? So maybe I dont need to use ssl or smtps and I can just use TLS?
