I really, really want this to stop. I use Sendmail. Can anyone please help me set up some method of stopping this crap at the server? What do I need to do?
Thanks. Now that I think of it, I think I installed SpamAssassin last year. How do I check? Also, how do I know which version of Sendmail I am using? Sorry if these are dumb questions...
EDIT: I figured it out, and have Sendmail version 8.12.9. What is this I am reading about FEATURE(dnsbl)? Should I be using that? Will it help my spam trouble? How do I set this up?
I DO have spamassassin installed, but I don't know which version, or how to configure it if necessary. Advice would be most appreciated.

Can't you do a rpm -f <package name> or something like that? To start out, type man rpm and find out what the option is to search for an rpm. Then use it to see if you installed spam assassin.
