start VNC in remote x session

09Hi all. Got an issue that I just cant figure out, hope you can help.

I VNC to my home pc using XVNC (xvncserver) at home. This gives me access to a new desktop homeip:1 . I also sometimes need access to my real desktop so also have x0rfbserve running as desktop homeip:0 . My question though is, if i forget to open homeip:0 before i leave for work, how can i subsequently run it via a ssh terminal.

I understand that i would need to run it inside the x session active for my main desktop, but cant find any clue how to access this run level from a remote prompt... anyone..?

thanks.
