Samba + WindowsXP: Access Denied even after successful connection...
Hello,
I have just setup a Samba share on Fedora Core 1. Everything seems to work fine and I can intially connect without a problem. However, after a period of time (I have not tested to see exactly how long...maybe 15+ minutes) when I try to do anything, I get an "Access Denied" error while using Windows XP. I have another (older) server with Samba and do not have any problems there...any suggestions?
Thanks, I'll try that out. I noticed today that it may not be a certain a certain time period but right after I edited and saved a file I got the error. Hopefully the change you suggested will work
