Question Recommendations for POP server/client

Hi all, I'm looking for either a mail server or client that can take an e-mail
and pass the sender and the body on to another program (based on the sender's address).
I'm looking for somthing that can do the following:

Code:
if( sender == 'specificAddress' )

do
 run command( /usr/local/bin/command, msgBody );

done
And I put either server or client as either would work. I don't mind setting up a pop3
server if need be, but a client that can catch and filter e-mails would work too.

Thanks,
w00t

Seems like a task for the Procmail+Formail combo, as in download (fetchmail) -> filter (procmail) ->delivery. No server necessary.
