nfs mount times out

Hi,

I have set up a NFS server and have one RedHat 9 client able to access a share...no problems.

I have another RedHat 9 box that I want to access the same share....
I configure the second box just as the first.....but it will not mount...
I get the error message: mount: rpc: Timed Out

everything is the same on both boxes.....fstab, permissions, etc.....

Any ideas......anyone???

thanks,
Mike
