Network error: Connection reset by peer

Well I still have the same problem. I loose the connection to the server during file transfers. It seems to be intermittent. There is no specific file, time, or amount that stops the transfer. I am really at a loss. I really don't know where to change settings for the ssh daemon. /etc/ssh/ssh-config has nothing I see to change that could help. What should I do?
