Making Samba not to ask user+pass
Hi.
Working on Fedora Core 2, I've just installed Samba 3.0.9. This is my
/etc/samba/smb.conf :
---------------------------------
[global]
workgroup = Working_group
netbios name = PC01
server string = Samba Server on PC01
log file = /var/log/samba/log.smbd
max log size = 50
socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192
printcap name = /etc/printcap
dns proxy = No
[printers]
comment = All Printers
path = /var/spool/samba
printable = Yes
browseable = No
[shared]
comment = Shared
path = /home/username/shared
read only = No
guest ok = Yes
--------------------------------------------
When trying to access this 'shared' directory from a MS Windows XP computer,
Samba asks always for a user+pass.
How can I avoid this? Or.. which is the user+pass?
Thank you
