How to Join a windows 2003 domain

I have joined several linux boxes, mainly redhat to windows 2000 domains, but I can not join a windows 2003 domain. I just installed Fedora Core 2. The latest release. Is there a easy way to join it to a windows 2003 domain? Well, it don't have to be easy. I just want it to work.
Thanks.

I think it is pretty clear from my previous post that I know what samba is. Something has changed with win 2003 as far as linux joining the domain. I have actually seen this very same question quite a bit on different message boards. I have seen some answers people have posted, but I think the answers were for an older version of samba. The answers to some of these questions were very long and technical. I am not a network administrator I am just a user of linux, so I was just wondering with Fedora if the process of joining a 2003 domain were a little easier? Like I said in my earlier post Joining a 2000 domain was pretty straight forward.

you tried standard command

smbpasswd -r dc1 -j domain.com -U admin

And still doesn't work ??

Right ?

If yes, this might be some Kerbos authentification problem ...

EDIT:
Would you plz include Samba's versiion ?? I'm not quite used with Fedora and it's packaging..

Thansk!

EDIT AGAIN:

might be a link to remember :

Samba 2003 Domain

Windows 2003 requires SMB signing. Client side SMB signing has been implemented in Samba-3.0. Set client use spnego = yes when communicating with a Windows 2003 server.
