Change my Network card link speed/duplex mode in Linux

Hi, everyone and Merry X'mas

How can I change my Network card link speed/duplex mode in Linux RedHat 8 from 100 to 10 Mbps like in Windows 2000 or Xp Network card advance properties settings.

Thanks a lot

Salihou from Cape Coast (Ghana)
