backups to Windows burner

Hello!! I am in need of an incremental, or not, backup system that will backup to CD-RW's from linux machine to a Windows cd burner. I need it to be able to braek up the compressed data to multiple cd's if need be or compress the data into multiple 650MB tar.gz's.
Thanks, Chris.
