Cool APT-SPY-Problem

I am trying to use apt-spy for the first time.
I run this command in shell with Priveliges " apt-spy -d unstable -s AU" & have tried other Countries & I get this error
# apt-spy -d unstable -s AU
Couldn't find country AU . Skipping.
Error building country file. Exiting.

I havent found much in the way for running or setting up apt-spy when googling , so I was wondering if anyone here knows what I may need to do to rectify this.
Thanks
