rh9 xd2 apt apt-get problem fix and solution

If you are unlikely using this combo I found a great fix..

Download all the rpm's into an empty folder

rpm -Uvh *.rpm

In the directory where you downloaded them to

This SHOULD fix any problems you were having using Apt

I would like to deeply thank the author of these rpm's
