after configured the squid , external ftp is not working


Daer all,

i configured the squid every thing is working other then external ftp,
could anybody please tell me how to solve this problem

This port are opened but still ftp is not working and in firewall port 20 and 21 is opend

acl Safe_ports port 21 20 25 110 443 563 70 210
http_access deny !Safe_ports
