how to configured squid to deny LAN client using wingate

Hi Everyone, We are using squid in our organization to give some clients internet connection, some doesn't have cause we kinda filter who will have an access because of a bandwith problem.

I found out recently one user has Wingate program installed on his machine and this machine act as proxy server to those who didn't have internet access.

My question is how can i make squid to block this kind of setup is this possible on squid?

pls. help.

If they are just pointing Wingate at your squid server then the only thing you could try is limiting maximum concurrent connections http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-10.html#ss10.22

Removing the offender from your list of allowed clients would be my preferred option as from what you say they appear to be breaching your computer policy (or if not rewrite it!)
