Get yourself a KVM switch.

Make sure to get one with a convenient hot-key method of switching between computers. Be absolutely sure you like the hot-key combo beforehand because it usually can't be configured any differently from factory default.

For example, I like "scroll-lock scroll-lock" as the hotkey to switch. I have a second-hand KVM switch which uses "scroll-lock scroll-lock up-arrow". That's fine for when I want to use it, but NO ONE ELSE can remember the combo.
