NIC for 33MHz PCI wanted, D-Link DWL-G510?

Is there any NIC supported by SUSE 9.3 Pro which does not require the 66 MHz PCI 2.2? I only have 33 MHz PCI slots. Would D-Link DWL-G510 with the Atheros AR5212 chipset work?
