Fedora 13: Unable to browse internet but, works fine with Google Chrome

Hi Everybody,

Thanks to stop by my issue.

I have Dell Laptop LATITUDE D610 Dual booting with Windows XP and Linux. Surfing the internet via Windows Xp fantastic (No Problem)

Before today the Ubuntu Linux works great . Means internet surfing worked fine .

I was able to access the internet without any problem on windows and Ubuntu Linux.

Today I have installed Fedora 13 on my Laptop and what is happening...

1. I am UNABLE to access / browse the internet via Firefox

2. it Works fine with Google chrome

3. Ping www.yahoo.com from command line works fine

4. Unable to access via Elinks (text based browser) as well

5. I have another Desktop computer with windows xp. Internet on it works fantastic.

6. Problem started with, and still the problem is that, You tube videos has color problem. It looks like somebody put a pink/red film on front of it

The More STRANGE thing is..

There is another internet connection around without password. When i browse the internet via that internet connection. My firefox and Google chrome works fine. But with youtube video has same COLOR problem on both browsers.

My laptop is connected via wireless card.

My internet is working via "Fedora linux router". It is working since almost one year. On Linux router again internet works fine.

I am confused. I dont know where the problem is?.

Please help.

Thanks

I have checked that Firefox option File--> Work Off line. Its ok. As i mentioned if i connect to a wireless router in neighborhood, Fire fox immediately brings the page for me.

I have connected to internet as follows

Internet---->|DSL Modem|-->|Linux Router |------> |WAP|----> |Home Network (Laptop, Apache, Windows Desktop)|

One more strange thing. Once in while Firefox starts working and stops again. I don't know what is happening. Some time i thought somebody may put Invade my network. But all other systems (works fine)

Thanks

Wow! It works. As i mentioned before, some time it works once in a while automatically.

I hope this was the perfect solution to disable IPv6 dns. "repo", Can you please give me an idea what was the problem. I will search google , It will be great help if you can send link to read stuff for the problem. Wanna learn more.

Thanks for your help.

One more thing. I just opened up the you tube in firefox. It works. The another problem as i said in original post is "Youtube videos has color issue" . It shows as somebody hangs a red transparent film in front of it. the whole video is in Red/Pink Color. Same as the Movie Terminator. The terminator can see everything in Red Color thing.Funny

I hope you got what i wanna try to say

Thanks again
