Kernel config options, where can I find more information on them ?

I have an AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 3800+ processor and I would like to know what the following options do:
CONFIG_MTRR
CONFIG_NUMA
CONFIG_SCHED_SMT
CONFIG_CPUSETS

Are these options needed/recommended for my processor ?

I have read the help that is included with these options, but they have not sufficiently answered my question.

I have attached my .config for my kernel, if you have any suggestions. Please let me know.
