Everything works just fine!
The 4.4 kernel was already working for you. For the test we need you must try a live Linux media boot that uses a kernel much newer than 4.4. It is 4.19.xx that produces your trouble, not 4.4.xx, correct?

Yes, sorry. So, i try with the last version of Slax /2018-10-27/ - both displays working perfect.
After that i try with last version of Mint with kernel 4.15.17 - only external monitor is working, laptop display is blank. Same as my slackware current.
Here is Xorg.0.log
And here is kern.log

So, this is kernel problem for me. I recompile my 4.19.18 and after that successfully install this NVIDIA drivers. Everything works just fine with them. But kernel drivers - only external monitor.

Slax uses old kernels. For that one I have no idea how old.

I suggest you find a live boot image to try that has a stock 4.20 kernel and newer Xorg, e.g. Buster or Manjaro or openSUSE Tumbleweed or Arch. There's are lots to choose from on Distrowatch.com.

I understand but seems like the problem persist since 4.15 kernel. I will try with openSUSE-Tumbleweed-KDE-Live-x86_64-Current.iso

Ok, i boot live Suse with kernel 4.20.2-1-default. It's exactly the same as what's happening with kernel 4.15.17 on Mint. While booting laptop screen is working after that laptop screen became blank, external screen start and i see "DRM: DDC responded, but no EDID for eDP-1" again.
So this is still a problem even on 4.20. Only my external display is detected and working.
Here is a Xorg.0.log

Other than asking where kernel or X developers congregate, or reporting a bug, or trying even more live distros, I'm out of suggestions.
