Sound problem at openSuSE 10.2. Sound card unidentified perfectly

I have an old Aztech sound-card and YaST detected it without any trouble. The problem is, my Aztech only detected when I logged in as root. In other word, when I was running alsamixer as root, alsa could detect it. But, when I run alsamixer as ordinary user, an error appeared, it said: "alsa_snd_ctl no such device" or something like that. SO, I cannot listen to my music, or watchin my video. I need somebody to help!! This system is almost perfect

Sorry for my bad English
