sony microvault only Mounts RO. Module?

That's the issue. I'm on slackwsare-14, and just recompiling a kernel to get going and I'd love to include the driver for this Sony MicroVault card reader. The microvault is built in, disks mount but it's RO. when I use another sdcard reader, the same card is RW.

Leaving this one here.

There's no way of googling this one because Sony in their infinite wisdom and near total lack of imagination have also labelled a series of 4G -32G memory sticks as Sony Microvault. I actually seem to have one!

I have recompiled 3.7.1 and searched every option but not found it.
