Second Network Card is not Detected by Open Suse 10.2


hi
i have 2 network cards in my machine.. both are having realtek chipset 8139

First card is used for internet access and second one for local lan over here.
windows is detecting both of my cards
but open suse is detecting only first one
The manufacturer of the first card is Compex and that of the second card is zebronics ..

Can any one plz tell me .. frm where can i get driver for the second card

my rig config...
P4 2.8 G HT
D865GBF
512 MB DDR SDRAM
120GB SATA HDD

It should be the same driver. Try to load it manually and see if it shows up.

Yast can configure the second card. Go to PCI Devices and see if both cards are listed. If YES, then install the second card as a LAN. If NO, then go to lspci and see the output. If listed set up LAN manually. If NOT listed, try another PCI slot on YOUR motherboard. YOU may not have to change anything. Try pressing the ethernet card in from the start. Take it out, slowly replace it. ALL the way down. If YOUR system is vertical, turn it on its side. So YOU can press down slowly on the ethernet card to make sure it is properly seated. Keep trying until the system recognizes the two cards. Then try Yast again.
