screen not really sharp but resolution is correct

dear members,
i am new with Linux Suse Novell 10.1 and have a Samsung SyncMaster 930BF screen. Resolution seems correctly installed, rest works fine, but: the visual resolution on the screen is not really sharp. When I had Windows going with it it was much sharper. Any ideas how to solve this?

Try diminishing it or turning it off. In KDE, you can control this from the Appearances and Themes panel in the Control Center.
