Sc. Linux installtion problem

Dear All,
I was trying to install Scientific linux version 3.0.8 in my PC with configarations

1. Mother Board: intel 965
2. Processor: Core 2 Duo(intel)

But it could not detect driver type.
If anyone can give some over this issue, then that will really help me.
Regards,
Tapasi

Hi Tapasi, Welcome to lq. We are going to need a little more info. Can you post the motherboard manufacturer and make/model,? Also if at all possible the exact error you recieved? Do you have access to a live disk like Knoppix or similar?
Good luck. ;-)
