nvidia quadro fx 3400 on enterprise 4 problem

hi there! i was hoping that someone could help us with our problem. we cant seem to install the drivers for our quadro fx 3400 on enterprise 4. It says that its not compatible with the kernel.

kernel version : 2.6.9-22 els smp
quadro fx 3400
dual core opteron 275
redhat enterprise 4.

thanks! we need a solution badly.

go to www.nvidia.com and download the driver for linux and follow the install-instructions.
