realtek semiconductor and 3com 3c905c-tx drivers wont load

do 'ifconfig' or 'ifconfig -a' or 'ifconfig --help'

'ifconfig /a' is not a correct command

broadcast notrailers multicast mtu:1500 metric:1

please forget all my assumptions in my first thread and this changes to a network problem excuse me for that (before i get a stfw im searching now again )
and solved ... uhm moderator please delete this thread?
