Lexmark Scanner Supported?

I got a lexmark X5270 scanner/printer/copier. It was free so I didn't get to pick the brand, but I was wondering if their is any way to get it working. It doesn't apear to be supported by sane and I don't care about the printer part. All I want is the scanner.
