INTEL GMA 900 Issues Please HELP!!!!

Hi there I am doing a setup at a friend;s place. All the machines over there are having the Intel P1915GLM motherboards with the onboard intel GMA 900 graphics card. When ever we issue the command startX the system reboots, even if we run setup and choose X Setup it reboots. During the installation also we had to do a text install.

Please help, this is an urgrent requirement and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

regards
AcDc
