fc4 cannot detect pcmcia card

Hi all,

I'm using a Dell Latitude C600 laptop.
I installed Fedora Core 4 and a linksys wpc54g wireless card. I tried using the ndiswrapper, the driver loads but it seems obvious that it'll do me no good since fedora doesn't see the pcmcia card.

can anyone tell me how to manually get fedora to install the card? I'll deal with the well documented problems of loading the driver after I get the card worked out.

thanks in advance!

Darryl

I was using the wrong driver with ndiswrapper. Advice... use the driver that matches the version of your linksys wpc54g card. Mine is version 3 and I was mistakenly using a version 1 driver. Ooops!
Good luck to anyone else...
regards,
Darryl
