Dell Onboard NIC is not working

I have installed Red Hat onto a Dell Desktop 2400. It has a Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller for its NIC. I cannot seem to get it installed. The Network Configuration tool does not show any card similar. Does anyone know where I can get drivers to install the NIC or do I have to go buy a PCI card? Thank you.
