ATI 9200 refresh to low

Anyone have success getting an ATI 9200 on RH 9 to work with a refresh higher than 60Hz? I believe my config is set up correctly:

Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
VendorName "Monitor Vendor"
ModelName "DPro 2070SB"
DisplaySize 400 300
HorizSync 30.0 - 140.0
VertRefresh 50.0 - 160.0
Option "dpms"
EndSection

Section "Device"
Identifier "Videocard0"
Driver "radeon"
VendorName "Videocard vendor"
BoardName "ATI Radeon 9100"
VideoRam 131072
ChipId 0x514d
EndSection

Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Videocard0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 24
SubSection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "800x600" "640x480"
EndSubSection
SubSection "Display"
Depth 24
Modes "1600x1200" "1400x1050" "1280x1024" "1280x960" "1152x864" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"
EndSubSection
EndSection

Section "DRI"
Group 0
Mode 0666
EndSection

-------------------------

I just get a 1280x1024 screen@60Hz panning around a 1600x1200 desktop? What the hell? I've tried changing the chipset, RAM, display, modes, adding modelines, anything I could think of but no luck.

PLEASE HELP ME I do not want to have to go back to windows.

Thanks,

John

Under the line with the various Modes:

ViewPort 0 0

Also, you can tweak the VertRefresh and HorizSync rates of your monitor up a bit and just give them more limited ranges... just make certain the monitor is spec'd for it.

Cheers,

Finegan
