Unable to view videos on Apple site

Has anyone else had problems playing any of the videos on Apple's web site? I am using Ubuntu 9.04. I have no problem watching Youtube videos, but watching trailers from Apple's web site or any of their videos, don't play at all. What should I do?

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

mplayer,gecko-mediplayer and w32codecs work just fine here to play trailers on the Appel website.

Where do I get the 32Codecs? Are they included in line above?

I followed the instructions:

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras, mplayer,gecko-mediplayer and w32codecs.

I restarted my machine and still cannot watch any of the videos on Apple's and Microsoft's sites. I can watch Youtube videos, BBC, CNN, ABC no problem.

What am I missing?
