Open terminal.
Click on Edit tab > keyboard shortcuts

Here you can modify according to your requirement.

Have you installed gnome-terminal on your fedora?
Install Konsole and check if you are facing same problem here.
Check the url, it is for fedora 17 but check once.

If nothing is working, put screenshot of your keyboard shortcuts settings.

I've installed gnome konsole and everything is OK under it. While KDE Konsole fails.

Try to make it custom and try to assign any unique shortcut and check if it is working.

Run the command xterm and check if shortcuts are working in this new terminal.

Is there any reason to run it in KDE Konsole, if it is working in gnome terminal then it should not be any problem.
