what is the command being called when pressing ctrl-shift-tab on gnome-terminal

Hi,

what is the command that is being called when pressing ctrl+shift+tab on a gnome-terminal? Basically it opens a new terminal on the same window on a different tab being on the same directory...

Thanks.
