talk is not working


Hi all,

i am geting error shown below when i type " talk <username>@IP"
[No connection yet]







────[ Error on read from talk daemon: Connection refused. Press any key... ]───


As i have alredy configured /etc/xinetd.d/talk file and restarted the service as well. DO i have to configure the client also if yes how?
so please help me in this regard .
