SBLive 5.1 on Slackware Linux 9.1

Hi.
I installed Slackware 9.1 and i have the problemms with my sound card. On Slack 9.0 everything worked ok, but the new version is using ALSA sound drivers. I load the default configuration with alsaconfig, but the sound is not so good like with emu10k on version 9.0. I have surround, and i can hear sound just on front left and right satelites. On other, i can't hear anything. How can I fix the problem?
Please help.

don't forget to re-edit the emu10k1.conf file.
location is......./usr/local/etc
do you also have aumix installed........the default volumes are LOW.......move sliders to max ......and the kmix(sound mixer) is the same way.....low volume is the default setting
