Hey guys,

Firstly, Hello! OK, now on to my problem, I am trying to install openSuse 10.2 via boot DVD, the system reads the DVD etc fine, then gives me the installation options - Installation, Installation without other things etc.

I choose Installation, but then as soon as it gets to 'loading 8139too' it freezes, I tried to use brokenmodules=8139too, then it tries to use 'loading 8139cp', however crashes again! Once it has gotten past this point and frozen on 'Searching for Storage locations'.

I am currently using:

Compaq Presario
AMD Sempron 3000+
1.5gb RAM
nVidia 7300 GS

Windows XP SP2
