mouse in unreal tournament

hello there.

I'm using Mandrake 8.2 beta 4 and just installed Unreal Tournament. It works great, except my mouse locks up about 1 minute into the game (it works at first). I've got a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer USB and I have not had any mouse problems at all up until now.

I would appreciate any help on fixing this problem. I need to frag in Linux!

Sorry I can't help you any, but I am curious are you running that through WINE, or is there a linux version of UT?

no, you don't need to use wine. you use your windows UT cd with a linux binary you download from lokigames.com. the linux binary installs it off your UT cd. I had installed the updated nvidia drivers and it looked great -- I just wish I knew how to fix this mouse problem.

From /usr/local/games/ut/README,
Quote:
Q: I am rendering in windowed mode and the mouse is grabbed in the window.

A: You can press CTRL-G to change between grabbing or not. Alternatively
you can change the UnrealTournament.ini file.
