You'll have to compile your own kernel - you can either roll one out from the kernel sources (
www.kernel.org as mentioned above), or build one from a .src.rpm - you'll need to edit the .config and SPEC file accordingly. NTFS by default kernel settings is READ-ONLY - do *not* enable WRITING unless you've backed up all your data.
There *may* be a mandrake kernel out there which has NTFS support build in, but since I don't use Mandrake or even precompiled kernels much, this might just be a lie.
