Minimize active window in KDE?

In KDE, I know you can minimize the active window by pressing Alt+F3 (to open the command box) then N (to minimize the window).

Is there a way to do it with one key-combination, or can KDE be set that way? It'd be tremendously useful, methinks.

The key bindings are configurable. In the control center, go to "Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Shortcuts" and set a shortcut for "Minimize Window".

In 2019:

go to kickoff application launcher (click menu button)
search for global keyboard shortcuts, and open them
in KDE component select KWin
search Minimize Window
click on it, select Custom, click on the button and choose your own key bindings!
