KDE Panel Problem


Hello

My KDE panel vanishes off now and then and then reappers. why is this happening. Sometimes i have to logout of KDE and then login back to get the panel back.

Does anyone knows what the problem is

Have a look in the kde control center-->look and feel-->panel-->hiding and see if autohide is enabled.

KDE problem

This is a problem that I used to have with KDE as well. Never found out what was causing it. I got rid of it by upgrading to KDE 2.2.2 from 2.2.1. If you don't want to upgrade, a way to get the panel back if it dies is to type kicker in a command prompt.
