Question KDE Kicker Panel problem?

Hello, I'm still very new so if this is an easy fix be easy. I'm using SuSE 9.2 Pro and KDE. When i click on the SuSE logo to open the kicker panel the panel opens, but it opens on top of my toolbar instead of just above it. So when I click on Logout icon it just closes the kicker panel(The logout icon happens to be right on top of the SuSE logo to open). If I move a little right of the logout icon and text it works. I have another computer with same install and the panel opens above the toolbar. Hmmm? Please Help.

if it's kde 3.4,try clicking the suse-menu icon 3 times and see where the menu opens.there is/was an issue with the placement of the menu shortly after 3.4 was released.
