How to add repos to yum/yumi


Hey hello,

I've found this site, which i believe to be a yum repo: http://dries.studentenweb.org/apt/pa...lias/info.html (Correct me if i'm wrong) how do i add this repo to my yum/yumi?

i am using fedora core1 my yum configuration are under etc:
vi /etc/yum.conf
YUM configuration for Fedora Core 2
You will need to add the following lines to your yum config:

[dries]
name=Extra Fedora rpms dries - $releasever - $basearch
baseurl=http://apt.sw.be/dries/fedora/linux/$releasever/$basearch/dries

Thanks alot.

Are there any downsides to makgn such a change? Why aren't these repos in my defaut?
