Run these commands at a command prompt:
mkdir /mnt/win_c
mkdir /mnt/win_d
And so on for each partition. Then run 'fdisk -l' or look in the Fedora control panel. Take note of the names of all partitions that look like they are from Windows. Then add these lines to your /etc/fstab file using a text-editor (you have to be root user for all of this):

/dev/[name of win c] /mnt/win_c vfat umask=0,defaults 0 0
/dev/[name of win d] /mnt/win_d vfat umask=0,defaults 0 0

Then run 'mount -a' to apply the changes to the fstab. Look in /mnt/win_c and win_d for your Windows files.

Make sure there is a space between the devicename (/dev/hda1?) and the foldername (/mnt/win_c). If they're stuck together, it'll think 'vfat' is the folder.
