Browser-based ssh access?

Hello

I am currently on a restricted-rights Windows/Mac computer network and was wondering if there might be a way I could ssh into my home computer?

I don't have the ability to install PuTTY / equivalent for Mac, and was just wondering if there might be a browser based way of access.

E.g. by setting up a lightweight web server from my home pc, from which within the webpage I could access a command line to my PC from a browser. Is there such a thing/program? I can't be the first person who would like to access their PC away from home on a restricted network...

Thanks
