Arrrrrgh! I have messed up my system fonts
Well okay, it's really not that big of a deal. But somehow, I have changed the system fonts and I can't get them back the way they were. I am using SuSE 9.0 Pro.
Originally, my system fonts were all listed as "sans" (except for the fixed with font, which was listed as courier), and my system looked great. However, I accidentally changed the fonts while in "Control Center", and they are now all listed as nimbus sans fonts, which do not look as clean on the desktop or in applications. This really shouldn't be a big deal, because all I should have to do is change them all back to sans. The problem is that there is no sans font in my list of fonts. I have a few different types of other sans fonts, but they do not look the same. I can't find just plain sans. I have tried to find the font on KDE-look.org, but the font files I download from there do not seem to work. Some don't contain any fonts, and the ones that actually have fonts do not have "just plain sans". I can't figure out how my fonts were originally listed as sans in the first place, but I would love to restore it to the way it was. It looked great before.
Any ideas?
Thanks
